  Normally very good from here when I order but I ordered recently and the food took just over 2 hours to come and when it did it arrived freezing, complained and just asked for a refund because I thought that was the right way to go about it considering the time and that I didn’t want my order replacing due to how long it took to wait for my original order, the store has since gave me two stories and two lies to why my food arrived late and cold and the shop/company can’t get their stories straight to why this has happened and just seem to be trying to make up anything that ends with me not getting a refund or any fix for this order, just abit shocked to how such a big company has chose to handle this situation, not even offered to replace my order at least

  If I could give it 0 stars I would do.i ordered food around 12am through uber eats was waiting till 2.10am, called the restaurant and the guy on the phone was rude saying I was out the catchment area even tho it’s 2 miles away, they said they would call uber. Waited around 10 minutes for them to say they aren’t delivering it, £40 pounds worth of food btw, didn’t cancel it for me as they said they miss out on money luckily I did manage to get through to uber and get a refund. After arguing with them for 20 minutes they put the phone down on me, kept getting called bro that isn’t very professional. After checking the reviews this is a regular occurrence for them, DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE.

  Always good pizza my son won't get pizza anywhere else for treat night tea. Fast and friendly and the quality is very good 👍🏻

  I ordered a pizza nearly 2 hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived 😡 I’ve been trying to call for the last 45 minutes and I haven’t had anyone pick up the phone. Half the people that wanted pizza are now asleep this is absurd. I want my money back.
