Appalling had to wait for over 1 hour for a delivery and on top of that we got the wrong order. When we told them they said they could get the right order asap again we had to wait so long. We phoned to cancel the order and get our money but when we ask about refund they put the phone down. This is disgraceful and disappointing. Will never order from them.

Firstly I’d like to say, in the past I’ve had many good experiences with papa johns and great pizzas, but tonight was not one of those times, I ordered on the app, normally takes 15-20 mins, I walked into the shop and asked if my pizza was ready after waiting 15 mins, the lady at the counter said ‘in the oven, 5 minutes’, 15 minutes later it’s ready, I get home and open the box, it’s burnt!!! Inedible.

I had terrible experience with your food which I ordered 2 days ago; it was a treat to our family as prizes are anyway sky high. With so much of excitement we ordered family deal and for that I paid a fortune! It was like rubber as if it's made out of glue I have full set of healthy teeth and still was unable to chew it! Please don't trick us like this. We couldn't eat it and it went straight into the bin. On top of that delivery came 1:15 hour after ordering it 🙄! I am attaching my order number for reference. I would like to take this further. Please consider this as a formal complaint. I am a hard core foody and I got so disappointed which made me hopeless about this place. Please save your money and don't order pizza from this place ever!

Ordered some pizzas and they didn't deliver them and wouldn't answer the phone when we tried to contact them. Shocking service
