  Couldn't give a zero. Asked for no beans to be told they couldn't do that by a rude member of staff. Covered my breakfast in beans so I couldn't eat a thing why cant you just leave the beans off the plate

  Got the full English & very sorry I did. Bacon seemed like it was from yesterday warmed up, sausages were cheap catering sausages, black pudding was deep fried, crispy & full of grease. Coffee which was extra on a "full English" was quite weak. Got half a slice of fried bread for an extra £1. Altogether £15.47. I'm a driver, so have been to a few cafes, but this was most definitely bottom drawer. Never again

  Stopped here 13th . Every other place had queues. So went to the Good Breakfast. Ordered a small breakfast and a coffee. Couldn't drink the coffee so left it. Unfortunately ate the breakfast. Not nice but I was hungry. My journey then to the far north of Scotland was horrendous. Can't say exactly when I started to be ill but, not long after eating stomach pains set in, then the vomiting started. I had been gine and well up to this point. Had driven up from the Midlands totally fit and well. That was no more after eating here. I will avoid details but, anyone who has suffered with food poisoning will be aware.

  Went to get breakfast. Asked for veggie breakfast. Was told out of veggie sausages. These things happen but the way it was said, no customer service, no apology, no care. The lady was obviously keen to get back to chatting to her mates. Times are hard & companies with so little idea of customer service do not deserve trade. Staff need cs training urgently. Will go elsewhere in future
