  Very friendly and helpful staff who were so kind even though it was the end of their shift. They even lent me a charger so I could charge my phone to call home. What a lovely team of young people.

  2 experiences 1. Had to wait a loooong time to be served at the drive thru....2. ordered online , it never arrived the delivery time just kept getting longer Hope it's just teething problems

  Absolutely appalling experience at Burger King, Rivington South Services. We waited over 15 minutes for our food (1 lot of cheesy bites and 1 portion of hallumi fries) despite there only being 2 other customer in the restaurant. When we asked how much longer it would be, we were told nothing helpful, and it turned out the cheese bites hadn’t even been put in the fryer yet. At that point we asked for a refund, but unbelievably we then had to wait over another 10 minutes just to get our money back. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and the staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested. With so few customers, there’s really no excuse for such slow service or poor customer care. The whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. I certainly won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to anyone.
