  I’ve never seen members of staff move and work so slowly and unenthusiastic as the 2 members of staff on at night time. Twice now I’ve been here and waited over 20 mins. Queue of people stood there all looking confused as it why their orders are taking longer than at a restaurant And have a look at what they gave me. My god, supposed to be a whopper. Those staff need to be fired immediately absolute joke that. £20 and a 20 min wait for that garbage? Look at the state of the “truffle fries” 🤦‍♂️

  When you’re the only person there, they’ll leave your food sitting there getting cold for 5 minutes while the guy on the till stands there staring into space before carrying it the short distance to the till to hand it to you, perfectly cold.
