  This was, without a doubt, one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. I ordered a vegetarian spicy pizza and there was absolutely nothing spicy about it. It was dry, bland, and tasteless. There was barely any sauce, barely any cheese, and the toppings looked like they had been thrown on as an afterthought. The base was unbelievably dry, making the whole pizza unpleasant to eat. I usually order from Pizza Hut and occasionally Domino’s. I sometimes give Papa Johns another chance hoping the quality has improved, but every single time I end up disappointed. This time was on a completely different level. It wasn’t just disappointing—it was terrible. The pizza looked rushed, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the quality you would expect for the price being charged. I genuinely regret spending my money on it. The service was no better. There is a bearded older staff member who appears to be a manager, and he consistently comes across as rude, unwelcoming, and uninterested in customer satisfaction. I also noticed staff handling food without gloves or hair coverings, which did not inspire confidence in the hygiene standards of this branch. Overall, a complete waste of money. If you’re expecting a good pizza, look elsewhere. I certainly won’t be returning after this experience.

  Shocking !!! Took 3 staff to take my initial order and then after an hour and a half they sent it to the wrong address !! When it eventually got here it was awful and not what we ordered and the garlic dip they send you with the pizza is absolutely vile !!! The manager on the phone actually said they have taken too many orders too deal with !!!! Note to self, maybe don't take so many orders you can't deal with. !!!!! Won't be ordering again
