The fries were bland, lacked salt, and were not crispy. The service was extremely slow, and the food quality was below expectations. We ordered Coke Zero but were served a different drink with an odd taste, which we ended up throwing away. Overall, the poor food quality and delayed service made for a very unsatisfactory visit. You could also make it stronger for a public review by replacing "very disappointing" with "one of the worst experiences I've had at McDonald's."
- HOHolly ObrienMay 30, 20265.0I came to this McDonalds branch and ordered 2 big mac meals, the order process was surprisingly very quick. I ordered through the drive thru and it took 5 minutes for my food and I didnt have to park up. The workers on the drive thru were very helpful and cared for our order making sure we had received our drinks and the correct food. The fries were crispy, salty and hot same with the burgers everything was very fresh. Im surprised this has such low reviews as this branch is way way better than the Kirkby branch (don't even bother there)..
