  All the staff are lovely but this is just a particular shout out to Dancia (I hope I read her name tag right). She just has a 10/10 attitude that should be acknowledged. I work locally in the village so I'm in the co-op most mornings for a coffee and she always says hello and always with a smile. She is like this with all the customers (from what I've seen). I have seen her interact with some of the more vulnerable members of our community and its always with kindness. The co op as a company is very lucky to have her as part of the team.

  New self service tills. I asked if they were reducing staff numbers, to which the reply was no, they would be on the shop floor. 'Doing what?' I enquired and the assistant ignored me and walked away.

  Every time I go in I’m usually queuing for some time. Compared to Netherton co op that has less staff the service is really poor. And on this occasion I have been I have been ill all weekend so I may of looked ruff but no need for the shop assistant to break of the till and to follow me around the shop. I bought my items and left but will not be going back
