- ASAsif Saleem4 days ago1.0⭐ 1/5 stars Title: Unacceptable staff behaviour – shouting, insults, zero respect I am Asif Saleem, a Deliveroo delivery driver. Today 26 June 2026 at 14:05, I collected an order from this branch and found no receipt, no order slip, no reference number on the bags — making it impossible to deliver. I went back inside to politely ask for the details. A female staff member, approx 25 years old, was extremely rude, aggressive, and shouted and insulted me loudly in front of 5–6 customers. She refused to help at all. Even the manager admitted it was their mistake for forgetting to put the order details — yet still did not give a proper apology, just argued. Delivery riders work hard to support your business. We are paid to be professional, and your staff should be too. Shouting, public humiliation, and refusing basic help is completely unacceptable. This staff member clearly needs urgent customer service training. I have formally complained to Co‑op Head Office and Deliveroo. If you treat delivery partners like this, you will lose good service and damage your reputation.

I'm not being cruel and suggesting that homeless folk should be moved on, (I have given food to this lady several times), but please can the staff ask them to tone it down a notch? I can clearly see that they need help, as they are almost blocking the entrance, so they don't need to verbally assault me on my way in and back out...
