I come here to fuel the majority of the time and I’ve always liked this station, but I’m really disappointed with the way I’ve been treated by one member of staff an Asian lady who works here. This has now happened three times, and it’s really putting me off coming back. The most recent incident: I was on a pump at the far back, and I moved my car to a pump at the front so the vehicle waiting behind could fill up too. I was being helpful! I came inside to look around the shop and pay for my fuel, and before even five minutes had passed, she got on the radio and reported my pump as a drive-off. I had to shout out that it was me it was so embarrassing and uncomfortable with other customers around. I hadn’t even had a chance to look around the shop or pay yet she didn’t give me any time at all. It feels like I’m being watched and assumed I’m going to leave without paying, every single time. I’m a regular customer I wouldn’t drive off, and it’s really upsetting to be treated like this. All I ask is to be given a reasonable amount of time to come inside and pay before reporting someone especially when I’ve moved pumps and explained nothing. It’s unfair to make customers feel guilty or watched when they’ve done nothing wrong. I hope this can be addressed I do like the station, but this treatment is making me want to go elsewhere.
