- JKJacob Kaye1 day ago1.0I called them and asked about the food as the restaurant had bad reviews and the woman speaking to me said that she didn't recommend it and that the McDonald's was bad. McDonald's if you want more people to come get better staff.

- PBPaul BeardSep 24, 20261.0Never got any food! They only had those self-serve order points. I had cash, but that’s no good! And my card didn’t work, but nobody there to help or take my order IN PERSON! All hiding round the back. Nobody front-of-house! Very impersonal. I suppose McDonalds can afford to miss the odd tenner here ‘n there! Won’t be going to that one again! Ratings: Food - can’t score, as I didn’t get any! Service- What “service” Terrible. None-existent! Atmosphere - Again. Wasn’t there long enough to savour the ambience!!! Must be nice for staff just to be able to hide away from customers- (“they’re alright. Why would they need any help?!”)🤬 Absolutely shocking!
- AFAJ FornalSep 11, 20261.0Cold food despite rapid delivery I ordered via Uber Eats from a distance of just 1 mile. The driver was fast and efficient, bringing the order directly to me immediately after collection. Despite this seamless delivery, every single item in the meal was completely cold upon arrival. The temperature issue originated entirely in the store prior to handoff. The food was clearly left sitting on the counter long before the delivery was dispatched. Never again!
- RBRyan BairstowSep 5, 20261.0Just ordered from here my partner is a vegetarian and her mcplant burger came with a chicken nugget init! We didn't even order any nuggets. It looks like it was done purposely as it was under the cheese.I then rang the store to ask for a number or email for the mcdonald's app and they gave me two numbers for uber when its not there doing and no email. I then tryed to ring them back and there ignoring my calls I will never go back. If you are a vegetarian I'd be very careful eating here what a disgrace!!
