- KPKatie PalmerMay 31, 20261.0Visited this Subway today at around 14:15, there was a queue of about 5-6 people which took 25 minutes due to the fact there were only two members of staff on the line, should've been 3 at rush hour on a Sunday. Once I finally got served and got home to eat my sandwich, I was very frustrated and disappointed to find that the bread was so stale it shattered instead of tearing, every bite was so dry and tough - it was literally so stale you could skip it across a lake like a stone. It must have been sitting there for days. What makes this more frustrating is that the "sandwich artist" must have known the bread was stale as it was hard to touch, and broke in half when she cut it. It was inedible. There is no way anyone handling it could reasonably think it was fit to serve to a paying customer. To serve food of the standard is absolutely unacceptable. Safe to say I will never be returning to this Subway.

- BWBarry WrightFeb 8, 20261.0Very disappointined, arrived at this store at 4:50 to be told there was no hot subs as the oven had been turned off due to the store closing soon, I said the store doesn't close till 5:30 the staff said they had a new manager & they are told to turn the over off early, surely if the store is open till 5:30 that is when the oven should be turned off, not 45 minutes before closing, what a joke of a store.
- IAItz Korben [APR]Feb 1, 20261.0There was 2 women working the till and one of them the one that was serving did my sandwich then walked away then when I asked for meatballs too she didn’t even acknowledge me her co worker said did you get that and she said yes then went back to doing the delivery order then when my sandwich was done she went and got the meatballs but didn’t ask if I wanted jalepenos on them and just put them on and passed me it I said I didn’t want jalepenos on there so she sighed and walked over to the bin and picked them out didn’t ask if I was allergic or anything then passed them back if I was allergic then it would of been the case of getting me a different portion not that she’s asked me
