    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I went in today hoping to order an Italian bread, but they didn’t have it. What made it worse was the total lack of customer care—no apology or attempt to offer an alternative. The girl at the register was especially rude, showing a major attitude as if my request was an inconvenience. I also noticed that the new trainee had trouble with portion sizes, but I didn’t blame her since she was still learning. The bigger issue was the experienced staff member—she was supposed to be supervising, but instead just stood at the front scrolling on her phone. To top it all off, neither of them wore name badges, so I couldn’t even identify who was responsible. They didn’t wear hair nets, no proper Subway uniform, and no food safety practices at all. There was zero customer service—no thank you, no care, just a bad attitude. I won’t be coming back and I do not recommend this store.

    I used to order from this subway every single day and extremely not happy with how this subway has been for the past few weeks!!! So disappointed with this subway. the salad seemed old, the bread didn’t taste fresh and overall the sandwhich tasted stale. The quality was far below what you’d expect from a Subway, and i would never recommend this location and will not be ordering again!!!!!

    This used to be my go to Subway for years but honestly it’s gone so downhill lately. Ever since the old staff left and the new owners took over it just hasn’t been the same. The vibe feels off now no one seems as friendly and the food quality has gone massively downhill too. I ordered a sandwich not long ago and it was honestly awful barely any filling nothing tasted fresh and then to make it worse I found what looked like either dog hair or a paintbrush bristle in one of the bites I took which absolutely finished me off. What annoys me the most is I used to order from here all the time and never once had an issue so it’s actually sad seeing how bad it’s got. Used to properly rate this place but after that experience I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend it either
