  Really bad considering it's new to hull. Food and trays on tables inside bins overflowing staff not wearing hair nets or beard nets it really needs to improve

  Just tried this McDonald’s hoping it would be better and it is , food hot and fast , only issue was hot chocolate machine not on and in a morning it’s not ideal if you don’t drink coffee

  Currently stood in here for the first time, not busy at all and somehow there seems to be a full days worth of rubbish left on every table and counter top it’s dire

Just an aggressive shove of the card machine through my window while he carried on a deep philosophical chat with his colleague. ​Window Two (The Staff Reunion): Trapped behind a car treating the collection booth like a Friday night pub table. Five solid minutes of giggling about rotas and workplace gossip while my nug-nugs steadily lost the will to live. ​The Hand-off & The Great Ranch Tragedy: Handed someone else's order first, though credit where it’s due—the girl swapped it politely when asked. Then came the real heartbreak: ranch is officially gone. First sour cream years ago, now ranch? A crime against tastebuds. ​The Crime Scene Burger: Finally got home, cracked open the box, and found a burger that looked like it had been run over by a bulldozer, drowned at the bottom of a well, and then stamped flat by a T-Rex. ​The Reality Check for Management: Look, I’ve heard the "cut them slack, it's a new branch" excuse. But this isn't rocket science: ​Cook food. ​Put food in bag. ​Give correct bag to customer. ​Use basic life skills like "please" and "thank you." ​Final Verdict: 1/5. If the franchise owner wants this place to survive, sort the basics out. Absolutely dreadful service—I won't be back.

  Visited twice and first time was mixed impression. Then next visit kissed door as they were closed even on the door said open from 5:00am till midnight and i was there 6:30 so time kemping rather poor . I was hungry and yet had to drive to another location .
