Ordered takeaway came quickly nice and hot everything good quality but then our cookies was missing so I rang up. They sent them back out in perfect timing just in time for the end of our meal they also came hot. Woman on the phone very polite and understanding when explaining the missing item. Also both delivery people really nice and polite found my address easy and sometimes people have issues finding us. Thank you

Very rude waited and messed us around for 14 hours when we eventually got the pizza they gave us the wrong order and proceeded to say they didn’t get the details of the food being ordered without considering any allergy’s and refused to resolve the incident very rude on the phone last night we had the phone ended on us multiple times and excuses and delays until the shop was closed we eventually got the order and they are rude snotty and given us an order that has the stuff on it that was not ordered and not taken any accountability kindness or consideration Update they have rectified there mistake and resolved the issue just so upsetting how they have treated us which was unjustifiable
