  I went this afternoon 12.05 to go pick up on the go things like chewing gum I got to the till asked to use cash and was met with the worst tone of voice, I came to the till nice and polite the cashier lady with glasses wouldn't even look at me kept her face down and when giving my change she seemed visibly annoyed. This isn't an interaction that I felt was necessary especially in customer service I felt like I'd done something wrong because I wanted to pay in cash and the place was empty so it's not like anyone was rushed off their feet. But please be mindful some of us do pay attention to how we're being served.

  I would just like to say a BIG thankyou to a young lady called nicole . You helped me way beyond your job title yesterday in the store i didnt know how to do a gift card on my fone ....you are a credit to the store ...thankyou again .....karen ..
