  We returned from a break yesterday,and at York train station,had burger king ,a warm burger hot chips ,and after enjoying that decided on it again today . Delivery ordered ,from stoneferry just up the road from us ,I watched it been delivered on the app , 2nd drop . Now I know food can be luke warm at the best of times ,but we lived in hope it would be okay , Arrived ,well trust it been the week our microwave broke .the chips were literally stone cold , the burger not even a glimpse of heat emerging . The chips and chicken nuggets for our bain went in the air fryer to warm up . The chips large,really more like the small portions we had before .and too many scrappy bits ,what a disappointing meal 28 pounds near enough ( slight discount too thankfully) ,poor value for what we got imo The wife wanted to cook herself something else rather then eat it ,but ate it just because she didn't want to waste the money we paid for it Love burger king normally actually prefer it ,But has to be better because there's a maccy ds just opened that's actually even closer to us . I'm not sure about deliveries again after that. Well disappointed

  After a recent visit to this Burger King stoneferry road hull I can see why it’s always empty upon arrival you can notice straight away the place is very scruffy there was weeds growing all over the ramp up to the door and the overall condion of the exterior is very poor the paintwork is in horrendous condition not very welcoming at all the door handles etc are also very filthy once inside it’s not much better it definitely could benefit from a refurb Onto ordering food most items where available except for a couple of items but the milkshake machine was broken & the soft drinks machines where both empty they tried to fill them up while I was there but the young girl had difficulty trying to do this so they filled my drink from behind the counter but I may add it didn’t taste anything like coke as there was clearly not enough syrup in there machine aswell overall it was a poor show from a multi million pound chain like BK and this is clearly one branch I definitely won’t return to

  Food was crap. Just spent £35 on what I could describe as crap. I have been to many burgerkings and this one is by far the worst served food
