- DDDolly5 days ago1.0It's not a place I visit alot however I work close by , when I do go into the shop there is always a queue . Like a lot of places It's short on staff, the school children use this bakery before school and the line is always big. This has a cafe that is fairly large and is almost always full as uts the inky place in North Point to sit and eat The staff that work there are always polite with great customer service the down side is there isn't enough of them, so queuing is inevitable so be prepared to wait .

- JYjoseph yeardleyJun 11, 20261.0Greggs staff have terrible attitude they need to get themselves sorted out now because it's not on how dare they speak to their customers like they do anymore of it from them then I'm going to put it in Hull daily Mail as people need to know about the attitude of the people that work there and for now on we will go to cooplands as 1 they are a Scarborough company and 2 they have better customer service and 3 they are friendlier at cooplands. So I suggest that greggs get their act together and cut out their attitude problem thank you.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
