  Waited over two hours for food to be delivered, even though the shop was 7 minutes away. Food never came even though it said cutting and checking for over an hour. Called multiple times and they stated they were awaiting a driver and wait 5 more minutes. The app then said out for delivery for over 30 minutes and after we called, it said delivered and we never got our food. They went back and forth with us saying the “system” showed delivered and was unable to reach any delivery person and accused us of lying. They finally promised a full refund and still awaiting. Will never use Papa Johns ever again!
