  Just because i do not have any other papa johns near my address i have to order from this guys and always it shows delivered even though pizza is still on the way. I always called them and they are like system has some error and all. This is all nonsense. Just cz i dont have any option i hace to order from this place. They are always lying

  Manager is Sense less, he has no idea how to deal & greet with customers I'll not go on this outlet I request him for single garlic dip after having £50 order he denny to my kid shame on you papa johns staff❌❌❌❌

  Appalling service and attitude. Pizza arrived very late, had been tipped upside down and the pizza had slid entirely to one side. The box also wasn't sealed. When I phoned they offered to remake only one of the pizzas (both were in the same condition). Refused to call their manager yet as soon as I mentioned I'd be contacting the council and my bank she claims she then was able to contact the manager to issue a refund. I don't appreciate being lied to like that. I appreciate accidents happen but the way you deal with things makes all the difference. When I asked why the lady on the phone lied, she told me she didn't know what to do. Honesty is far better than simply refusing to do anything. Next time a simple "I'm sorry I'm not sure how I can help but will find out for you" would have prevented this bad review.
