  Food from this store is generally ok. Last few orders however have significantly gone down hill the last of which got cancelled after almost 2hrs waiting. 1hr after order app stated order was in prep.. 1hr 25mins called placed to store to ask what was happening, no such thing as a sorry just we are busy be another 30mins. 30mins later no sign of order and thus this time was cancelled. Ironically Domino's took the payment for the order and it took an email to customer service to get a refund. I was also told the local store would be in contact / a representative. We are still waiting for that call almost a week on at the time of posting this. The service is shocking from this store and the service is very hit and miss at best.

  I don’t even have a Google account but I’ve made one just to write a review for this business. I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the service I’ve received tonight. I ordered a pizza for my hungry family at 6:46PM… it’s now 8:16PM and I haven’t been contacted and it isn’t here! I called the restaurant at 7:30PM to ask if there was some sort of delay and was told by the man on the other end of the phone “your pizza isn’t even in the oven yet”, I didn’t receive any form of apology or reasoning. Looking at the previous reviews left by other people I can see that this poor service is a common theme, it is not acceptable and it’s completely putting down and giving a food chain, like Dominoes, a bad name. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to order food from this specific branch unless they want to risk eating hours later. Really disappointed, I have reported this to the customer service team so that they can hopefully take the appropriate action.

  We wanted to put on an Italian themed day for our dementia group at the Tenterden social Hub. We approached Jack in the Tenterden branch who was so incredibly helpful! We cannot thank you enough for all your help and especially for the delicious pizzas! The members really appreciated it..and so did we😁

  Food is okay to say the least I guess the staff are awful, always getting the wrong orders, cold food you call up and they are rude and manager doesn’t seem to be that great, having to wait 1 hour and 30 mins for food call after an hour not even cooked yet just seems pointless having it in the town if they can’t deliver, they need to learn some phone manners and customer service!

  Checked delivery, delivery driver had been on the same road somewhere in tenterden for 30 minutes before making his way to mine. Going past the dominos store so could have picked it up on his way through instead of having my pizza with him the whole time. Messaged asking for location, started doing it then phone me asking like Jesus give me a minute to do it. In delivery instructions I told him which road to go down as there are two gates on two different roads so he went down the road I don’t tell him to go down then had to try and open gates that don’t want to be opened which is why I told him the other road. Then he slammed the gate shut and crushed my finger as I was shutting it and I also have a stone cold pizza. Not the first time I’ve received cold pizza
