  Staff are already preparing to close from 20:30, so I do not recommend going at that time Monday-Thursday. They are only interested in cleaning rather than checking if the food is ready or attending the customers. Food was left cold in the countertop for more than 8 minutes while I watched my partner eats hers because they were unable to deliver both main dishes at the same time and neither to check with the “chefs” for the second dish. Neither the chefs called for the waitress. Glass for the beer was served with food on it. “Supervisor” , was not to be seen, only behind the till. We do not want vouchers or any type of “apology”. We only want you to improve the service and if there is an issue between floor staff and kitchen staff to not use customers food to prove a point. Also, for floor staff and Supervisors to pay more attention to customers, even if it is over 1 hour before closing time.

  We ate at the Maidstone Wagamamas on Monday for my husbands birthday and it was delicious. The food was presented nicely and most importantly piping hot. The service was 10/10 and the atmosphere was spot on. Thank you for a lovely meal

  Food really good , service was ok as a new girl struggled but she did well for her first day, but there was a chef chewing chewing gum with her mouth open, occasionally blowing a bubble, how disgusting.
