  I came in at 12pm and sat down for table service. I ordered a McChicken Sandwich, fries, and a Honeycomb Frappe. My food didn’t show up until 12.45pm. The restaurant was basically empty. No queue. No noise. Nothing going on. Yet somehow I still sat there for 45 minutes like I was waiting for a bus that never comes. What annoyed me even more was that every time someone walked in, they sat right behind me, even though the whole place was empty. Great. Just what I needed. A crowd in an empty room. And the tables and chairs? Wobbly. Shaky. Like they were held together with hope and prayers. Not fun when you have AUDHD and every tiny thing makes you want to scream. The staff walked past me like I was invisible. No “sorry”. No “your food is coming”. Not even a nod. Just blank faces and slow steps. And here’s the best part: Every other McDonald’s I go to is quick. Fast. Normal. You know… how McDonald’s is supposed to be. But this one? This one acts like time doesn’t matter and customers don’t exist. I won’t ever go back. Not after being ignored for 45 minutes in an empty restaurant with wobbly furniture and people sitting on top of me for no reason. If this is their idea of service, they can keep it.

  i’ve been here a few times and everytime is just dissapointing (cold food and screaming kids) but today is definitely the last time i go here first of all it took 20 minutes for a meal with a side of fries and a drink while it wasn’t busy at all and then after our food arrived me and my friend sat down and this strange man came up to us and made us feel really uncomfortable and when he finally walked away i immediately spoke to a staff member and explained the situation to which they had no reply and just seemed to have shrugged it off and made no such effort as to speak to this man or keep on watch of him, definitely not a place u wanna visit besides there’s another 2 mcdonald’s within a 15 minute walk, shut this place down 😭🙏

  I ordered McDelivery through the McDonald’s app — two large meals — but only received drinks and fries. When I asked the driver about the missing items, he said that was everything he was given. After a long day at work, I had to go to the restaurant myself to figure out what happened. The staff member who packed the order admitted they forgot to include the burgers and didn’t even apologise. Another colleague I spoke to did apologise, gave me the missing burgers, and offered something extra as compensation. This isn’t the first time items have been missing. I understand mistakes happen, but forgetting the main part of a meal is not the same as missing a sauce. It’s frustrating to expect a simple meal after work and instead have to deal with fixing someone else’s mistake.

  After going in for something quick using the horrid app to order three time for all to be canceled but still charged is a joke, If you want a scam and call it fast food this is your place to go

  The staff couldn't care less. 5 people waiting in the restaurant for their food for ages. I have waited for my double fish burger for 15 minutes, people preparing the food, are very slow, and look like they don't want to work, and they really don't deserve even this job tbh, my order was placed at 15/04/26 14:39 , delivered 15 minutes later. You could get better employees with better work ethics .
