  Me and my friend went to order and and she wanted just the bun and fries they tired charging her £8 just for the bun alone to which my friend asked politely why so much the girl behind the counter went to get her manager, he was extremely rude waving his hands in the air my friend wasn’t rude at all and just asked a simple question. I work in retail and wouldn’t dream about talking to customers like that. Please learn some respect and treat people how you wish to be treated!

  My host, Owen, was amazing and friendly. He helped me understand what the rewards program was, and how I can get free food, or offers on my all visits. The food was hot and fresh, as well as efficient. My overall experience was great.

  One of my favourite gourmet burger bars. Food reminiscent and a step up from the now closed Ed’s burgers at Bluewater, however with more customisation for choice of toppings and having your burger the way you want it. At Five’s you do get a lot of fries for a small order, often enough to satisfy two people. The open plan seating at Bluewater is a pleasant alternative to the indoor seating at most branches I will definitely be back.

  Had a great experience at Five Guys Bluewater 🍔🔥 The burgers were spot on – really juicy, fresh, and cooked exactly how we wanted. You can tell the ingredients are good quality, and the custom toppings make a big difference. The fries were amazing too, super generous portion! Service was quick and friendly, even though it was pretty busy. Everything ran smoothly and the place was clean and well organised. Ellie in particular was really welcoming and helpful, and made the visit even better. It’s definitely on the pricier side for a burger, but you get what you pay for – proper quality and big portions. Would 100% go back!
