  Thanks for Darius's amazing service. He made me feel welcome even though I was alone on my birthday. He is an amazing professional waiter. The food is great. The music suits the place. I will be back soon.

  I came here with my wife and mother in law and the service was fantastic. My wife recently had a surgery and can only eat certain foods. Charlotte was so understanding and helpful and really mode her feel welcome! We orderd the set menu and were also shocked that she remembered our started mains desserts and drinks at once without a notepad and everything came out perfectly! The food was great as well, we will definitely be coming back

  Second visit here in a year, a complete disaster. Starters never arrived till after our main meals were put down. Server wasn’t very knowledgeable about very much on the menu. Food had to be sent back because it was cold inside when it returned it was burnt. Asked for a takeaway on our food. Unfortunately, he never got returned to us, when we asked where it was, nobody knew!!! We was told it’s gone in the bin!!! They did offer to make us a new one, but we was on our way out through the door. There was an apology from the manager about the poor Service/food. Not good enough…. We still had to pay the bill. Will not be visiting this site again very expensive for what they give you. Poor customer service.

  Myself and my wife visited Ask Italian after some stressful shopping at lakeside shopping centre. Our waitress Annad was a great energy and made us feel relaxed, as well as answering any questions we had without hesitation. The food was very tasty and much needed. We will be visiting again when we return for what will most likely be another stressful shopping trip!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really missed the mark. The food itself was actually good—no complaints there—but unfortunately the service let the whole evening down. We were automatically charged a service fee, which might have been fair if we’d actually received decent service. Instead, it was slow and inattentive, and there didn’t seem to be any option to remove the charge. To make things worse, when we were ready to leave, we waited over 20 minutes just to get the card machine so we could pay. It felt frustrating to be stuck waiting that long at the end of the meal. It’s a shame because the food has potential, but the service and overall experience really need improvement. I wouldn’t be returning due to the quality of the service.
