  Called to place a collection and the manager put me on hold for 16 minutes and a family member called from there number and was answered straight away and ordered was offered to be taken wi explained we had recorded this and I was still on hold yet she could take an order while I had been on hold so long horrendous customer service and from a manger to I will be contacting head office on Monday not recommended this branch at all also she was extremely rude.

  1 Star and would change it to 0 if I could. Cold pizza, not cut, and half the order missing.
