  I had a really great experience at Domino’s Pizza thanks to one of the staff members. The gentleman (from India) was extremely polite, professional, and handled customers with a lot of patience and respect. He made sure my order was correct, answered all my questions calmly, and maintained a very positive attitude throughout. It’s rare to see such good customer service these days, and he truly made the experience better. Really appreciate his effort and dedication—Domino’s is lucky to have someone like him!”

  Worst domino’s experience ever I had ordered veggie supreme pizza on 2/02/2026 at 10:20 pm , the staff was not busy still the made very worse pizza , I had to throw away my pizza, I had ordered online to collect pizza. I will never come back to this store. The was not enough cooked pizza Very less cheese on pizza

  I ordered a pizza and garlic bread from the Dover dominos branch a week ago. The food was cooked on the surface but had a very raw and undercooked dough beneath. I called the store and they offered a replacement however by this point I had zero trust after receiving food this unfit for consumption and politely rejected this, so I was then offered only a partial refund. After many emails and phone calls to resolve this, being told that by the pictures I supplied that the management and area manager decided it wasn’t undercooked and I was lying and simply attempting to cause trouble, I still have not received a full refund. I tried to explain that I am not after anything, no free pizzas, no good will gestures and I just wanted my money back, it was rejected. Sandeep and the management display a disgustingly low level of customer service and have extremely poor attitudes for people representing a busy pizza franchise. Please be cautious before ordering any food from here as you many not only lose your money but you might pick up some nice food poisoning, and get called a liar for your troubles.. straight in the bin, best place for rubbish. Before replying to this review I don’t mind sharing our email chain conversation with potential future customers to make them aware of how unhelpful and unprofessional you are. Partial refund for undercooked food? Criminal comes to mind.
