  Abbas was our waitor and was really lovely. We'd been stuck in traffic with a very hungry two year old and he bought her food out straight away. Lovely food and fab service. Thank you!

  Yummy food at this Beefeater. Definitely love coming here. Alex is such an asset to the place! You won’t be disappointed.

  We visited Beefeater this evening as a group of five adults and two children and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Drinks arrived quickly, but the food took around 40 minutes with no warning of delays when we were seated. Only after asking were we told there was just one chef on duty. During the wait, we witnessed the chef and a waitress arguing about the situation, while other staff appeared to be standing around. When the food finally arrived, it was poor quality. The burger was burnt, the chicken goujons were dry and cold, and the rest of the meals were only lukewarm. It was clear some dishes had been left under heat lamps for too long. We raised our concerns, but the manager did not come to speak to us directly and instead offered to remove just two meals from the bill, which didn’t reflect the overall experience. We also had refillable drinks but were never offered a refill during the 90 minutes we were there—we had to go looking for staff. The manager, who greeted us on arrival, was abrupt and gave no indication there would be delays, which would have helped us decide whether to stay. Overall, the experience felt disorganised and poorly managed. Very disappointing for what should have been a family meal out.

  I have been for lunch and dinner recently at the Beacon Beefeater. I had chicken wings for starter followed by steak and on the other occasion I had nachos and chicken burger. I was with my daughter both times. The service was so friendly and helpful and the food was tasty and plentiful. I really enjoyed myself. I had a refill which the waitress regularly came to refill. The Beacon is my go to place as it’s always spot on. I would like to thank Becca, Liz and Angie for a fantastic service .
