- AAAlanMay 7, 20261.0food is just like any other maccies. however the service is so unbelievably slow. i waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger the other day (at 2am) i just waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for someone to serve me, and when i said ‘hello’ she very rudely replied. service is so unbelievably slow ajd an absolute joke. shame is the only drive thru mcdonalds in canterbury sort your management out !!!!

The chips were as dry as cardboard, they were freshly cooked but had no salt on them what so ever and just had an awful bland taste left in our mouths. And the coke was disgusting. It tasted like water with a very faint cola flavour. Clearly this McDonald's is mismanaged and no one cares or takes pride in what they give to customers so for that, I will never return to this McDonald's and would rather spend my money elsewhere. I head other people who have ventured to the area to do the same.

Whether it’s a portion of fries, a side, or even a drink, it seems there is a lack of attention to detail during the bagging process. It is incredibly frustrating to get home and realize the meal is incomplete. While the food quality is standard, the service reliability is poor. If you’re visiting this branch, make sure to double-check your order before leaving the premises. I hope management can look into their quality control to ensure orders are complete.
