  It would be nice if your delivery rider didn't spit in the communal area of the flats when they turn up to do deliveries.

  Very poor experience as a contractor. Agreed plumbing works and costs upfront, then refused to pay after completion. We had to escalate to Small Claims to resolve it. Warning to other tradespeople: expect delayed payments and unnecessary disputes.
