Service to table was prompt alough the table we sat at was sticky so staff left the menus on the table. Overall service and food was average. On visiting the toilet the toilet door wouldn't lock also the door had dropped so differcult to even move! Loose handle and overall a low standard. The bill was over £200...Amex card was not accepted and yet they wanted £18 in service change. So, they won't take a charge yet want to charge customers additionally! On reflection if I visit again the service charge won't be paid...sorry staff just overall disappointed
