Avoid this place, terrible customer service and they don't take card meaning you have to use a dodgy ATM next door which charges £1.95 to withdraw. Cannot comment on the quality of food as the above was enough to put me off of this place.

I came into the store around 10:30pm, now I know they’re getting ready to close, as a worker for food and beverage I understand that they’re gonna be winding things down, but the service is sub-par which should never be the case even if you are closing. I placed a simple order, cheesy bacon tots with buffalo wings, starting off the original guy trying to take my order didn’t speak English or at least very little English, not to mention he kept saying “cash only”, all the shops even the kebab shops on the street take card even if they’re closing, so there is no excuse for the “cash only” statements unless you just can’t be fussed to serve me. Then after paying for my order, the guy who took payment didn’t give me my change back, which is baffling for me to see in a restaurant of any calibre, it was only after I brought it up that he gave it, and even then he was asking how much change I wanted back. I’m sorry but what? Lastly, they didn’t take down my name for the order so one of the guys working takeaways assumed I was there to pick up instead of waiting for my food. All-in-all poor, borderline terrible service and honestly you’re better off spending your money at any of the other local shops.

Can’t believe how bad this was we normal order from domino’s and will continue to do so our order came with items missing and when we tried to phone the line was disconnected tried phoning another store and they swore down the phone no customer service experience at all rude people they should stick to making curry’s

Put order în got wrong pizza. Thought everyone makes mistakes no big deal. Call them to try to correct it no answer call again no answer repeat this for 7 more times no answer. So I went to the shop to go you made this wrong and you aren't Answering phones. Apparently there system has crashed. However orders were still on the quality control screen and were able to print the lables put. When point this out just told the system crashed and the other parts are ignored. At this time they were still making orders. As two delivery came and went As I was there no idea how they knew what to make as "the system were down". When asking why there weren't Answering the phone to let people know instead of just letting them the systems down. This point was ignored. Asked what was happening about the delivery fee I paid As I had to come to them to get them to fix the order. Was responded with do you want us to deliver the pizza When I was right there infront of them. After asking what a few times and saying why would I want delivery I'm here was offered a little bottle of pepsi. Honestly I get people make mistakes and if the system was down(but not fully as lables were printed and the tv screen on the cutting second was on) the way of something has gone wrong let's just not answer any phone is ridiculous. Happy enough yo take my money but not any responsibility or Accountability. Would not recommend.
