- GGGavinMay 7, 20261.0“I recently visited my Local McDonalds restaurant in Unit 3, 2 hermitage Ln, Aylesford ME20 7PT about 10 minutes ago. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets as well as other things only to find out my 20 chicken nuggets came with 19. I have already experienced this issue before when I also ordered 20 chicken nuggets and it was one short again. I specifically told the employee speaking through the drive thru and the issue I encountered the last time I visited and to make sure they don’t make the same mistake, only to open my chicken McNuggets share box and have 19 nuggets rather than 20.
- JFJen FranMay 3, 20263.0Travelling from Tunbridge Wells to Maidstone and wanted a coffee so decided to visit. Ordered Coffee and Hash Brown on screen paid but got no receipt or number. Waited and found other customers in same situation. One staff member a young guy kept calling out number's. Explained to him that some of us had no number's he looked at me and continued to call out the number's. He eventually got the message. It was chaos in there,lots of delivery drivers waiting and staff looking out of their depth. Will not be visiting again.

You messed up my mums order twice, she went back to get the items you had forgotten (one of them being 4 chicken nuggets), and you gave her 3 mozzarella sticks in a nugget packet! We didn’t realise until we got home.
