  We had a lovely weekday lunch, enjoying dishes from the £5.99 menu. The food was delicious and the staff was fantastic. Karen and Tracie, our waitress, were particularly friendly and attentive. Everything was great!

  Stopped at the Premier Inn on the way to the Le Shuttle. Ate at the attached restaurant. Drinks order taken and was wrong when it got to us. Then ordered food but after 10 mins told they had run out and need to order something else. Again, wrong when it arrived. Charged for a side dish that didn't turn up, questioned it and taken off the bill. Seems they have a captive audience and dont need too try to hard.

  Not a good meal experience, 72.00 for 2 people you would expect something reasonable, food quality was average at best if you like a plate full of grease from the calamari and I'm not sure what the "loaded" Nacho's were loaded with, and a medium rare steak definitely past the medium, 4 pieces of chicken in the tikka with the 4 clumps of rice they were served with. Not a single courtesy check done, not even on payment, we gave up waiting for a bill the same as the drinks that we ordered between courses so went to the bar to pay. The ONLY positive was that the young girl on the bar was very polite and friendly (think she was fairly new). the server that would probably have cleared out table was having a good chin wag at the bar. Overall a pretty poor experience, we certainly won't be coming back again.

  Good breakfast and polite staff. All the usual Whitbread affair and seemed well run. A great deal as kids eat free and have been a few times recently.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Premier Inn pub in Ashford Central, and I must say that my experience was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Karen, who works at the French Connection pub opposite. She truly stands out for her outstanding service. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made a significant difference in our visit. She was always ready with a smile and willing to help with any requests we had. It's clear that Karen takes great pride in her work, and it shows! The atmosphere of the Premier Inn pub was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The entire team contributed to a wonderful experience, and I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend the Premier Inn pub to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Karen, and the entire staff, for making our time so enjoyable!
