Appalling. Lights switched on and off while we were trying to eat a horrible cake wrapped in plastic . Floor being mopped while we were seated, smell of bleach completely ruined the coffee experience as it was overpowering. Cleaner actually caused my sister to lift her feet up so could mop underneath. Made to feel very uncomfortable by the sideways glances . There were no times on display to say if cafe was open/ closed . When my sister raised the issue the staff were inconsistent. They close at 5 , but they are not allowed to stop taking orders. They don’t use ,bleach but they do . The cleaner only doing job . They stop serving food but you can order on machine then they will come over and tell you you can’t . When my sister said perhaps a notice to say when you are closing would help as obviously we didn’t know and were made to feel uncomfortable the response was “we are not allowed because the company wants to make money “ At this point my sister said “ surely it’s common sense to put a notice with closing shortly on counter “ This seemed to enrage assistant who accused her of rolling her eyes and being rude . Utterly ridiculous. Note . When we arrived cafe was packed as I had to search for a table .

I ordered from Tesco and only got HALF my order, this is unacceptable and now my kids are starving and I had to give up my food so they could eat and it’s not enough I suggest u rethink and actually look at a order before sending it out xxx never ordering again you just lost a loyal customer x

Super convenient and cheap cafe food/drink. Great for going on a shop in Tesco itself afterwards.
