  I’m genuinely appalled by this branch. Made my order at 10:10pm today and 20-30 minutes later the tracking said it had been delivered but I hadn’t got it. Called and they told me to wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes passes I call again. Told me to wait another 10 minutes. 10 minutes passes I call again. Told to wait another 20 minutes. 20 minutes passes nothing I call again. Told to wait 20 minutes longer. 20 minutes passes still nothing. Call again at 11:30pm exactly. Says the driver is on his way and to carry on waiting. 20 minutes later STILL NOTHING. I call again and he says yeah at 11:30 the kitchen actually shut so you can just get a refund. He’s kept me up till nearly midnight, nearly 2 hours after my order just to tell me to leave it. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and I’ve had to waste my entire evening because a driver made a mistake and no one could be arsed to rectify it.

  "Terrible service. They gave false waiting times — kept saying 'just 2 minutes' but ended up making me wait 15–20 minutes every single time. Food wasn't prepared or ready when they said it would be, and there was no proper update or apology. Really frustrating, completely unreliable information."

  Fantastic the food and the service was five stars
