Used to be great, but after a recent refurb there's half empty shelves, entirely empty rows of fridge units and some of the store closed off, disorganised and a mess

i recently broke my ankle and have been ordering my weekly shop on whoosh from this tesco once a week and it’s always packed & delivered very speedy, also every time i go in there the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s one lady on the self checkouts i don’t know her name but she always asks for my id when i buy energy drinks and she checks it very thoroughly (This is a good thing. she’s very good at her job. She’s a star) Yeah i just really like this tesco and i’m grateful for their speedy help over the last few weeks <3

Awful staff. No one on the self checkouts when you need assistance. Two members ofstaff cleaning tills that no one is using while 3 people need help in the self checkout it's a joke. Its so bad it's laughable. There is one really good man and one woman that are great. Shame they have to work in a place like that.
