  Samuel the manager from the Tunbridge well branch is an asset to Five Guys. He is approachable, friendly and a laugh. He is hands on with his team. Even going the extra mile to check on customers to make sure they were enjoying the food. He even went the extra mile to make sure we heard our order being called out when the food was ready (due to wife's hearing). Asked for no salt on the chips and the team made sure it was prepared in a special area. I am aware that you get extra fries than normal when ordering Five guys. However they went above and beyond giving extra fried (hope the store don’t get in trouble for the gesture). As for the food, it’s the tastiest burger around!

  This place was very clean, the staff were very friendly and on top of that, The service was phenomenal. I am going here again!

  Not worth the premium price. The burger patties and fries are indeed good, but the franchise should improve the quality of the buns, which shockingly taste like the cheapest, budget supermarket option. The restaurant also only has unisex toilets. Which means that due to obvious anatomical differences between genders the toilet seats are often left dirty by boys and then used by girls.
