  The food is really good and the staff is very humble and helpful specially a guy called Bikram. He is very kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

  The manager is our favourite and always has a smile on his face and even when we have had a bad day he lifts us up. Would definitely suggest!!!!!

  I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the service I received at Five Guys today. I placed and paid for my order, Order #37, at 12:35 PM on 12 September 2026. However, by 12:50 PM, I still had not heard my order number being called. I noticed that customers who had placed their orders after me had already received their food. I therefore went over to check what was happening with my order, only to discover that my order had already been prepared and left at a different area, where it appeared that nobody was attending to it. When I approached a member of staff to ask about my order, your colleague checked and found that, at the time, no one seemed to know that Order #37 was there. I find this extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was left waiting for around 15 minutes without anyone informing me that my order was ready, while customers who ordered later were served before me. Is this really the level of service that Five Guys considers acceptable? I felt completely ignored and overlooked by your staff. I would appreciate an explanation as to how this happened and what you intend to do to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
