- NSNettie Smalls4 days ago1.0I won’t be shopping in here no more because of one lady called Kristine or something was chatting away two another Worker whilst I had to My elderly mother (who’s 93) had to wait until she had finish talking for her to do her job she was lucky I wasn’t there it’s 30 odd degrees and making a old woman wait 10 minutes in the heat all because you can’t zip it

If you hate your life sort it out ideally working from home where you can’t ruin people’s days. People talk about nightmare customers abusing staff but people should also hear when staff are utterly incompetent and rude. Frustrating how miserable people like this get to keep their jobs. You are better off shopping in the Turkish corner shop just a few steps away. Cheaper and always a lovely service with a smile.
- LTLilya TrewinMay 24, 20221.0I went into co-op this morning to get a meal deal. I was using the self service checkout and unfortunately my card declined - my fault entirely. So I ask one of the employees to reset the checkout machine so the next person could use it and she kept on saying loudly my card declined! I then went to put back the meal deal and as I did that and walked out of the shop, I heard her start to tell other customers that my card declined!!! First of all, who’s going to care, secondly how bleedin rude do you have to be to start telling people that someone’s card declined - she did it rather loudly as well. Appalling.
