  Very slow service , unfriendly staff, not very hygienic , they keep touching food after touch face , surfaces , money etc , no gloves wearing, no sanitation floor behind counter very dirty full of chips and paper bags on the floor …

  I visited Burger King Tunbridge Wells today and had a really poor experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I waited over 20 minutes for my order and had to ask multiple times. For a fast food restaurant, the service was extremely slow. The attitude from the staff made it even worse. Management needs to address this ASAP.

  Came to the BK in Tunbridge Wells for dinner with the kids and I was appaled by the service and how the staff (1 person) in the kitchen was throwing food across the the grill, and into the food baskets they use to frie food. This 1 staff member was yawning over the food without covering their mouth, and showed no interest in getting food prepared in a timely manner and definitely was not interested in being of any help in the kitchen. Non of the staff had gloves on there hands while preparing any of the food or hairnets. I then asked for a Twix Milkshake with my meal, as I saw it being advertised in the shop and when I asked for this instead of a normal drink the person at the till told me they don't do milkshakes in store. There where 2 families in before us and they waited a while for there food. Their food order number came up and the Dad had to ask where his food was. The food was fresh but our burgers were cold. So overall a very disappointing time at BK.
