  I went to burger king tunbridge wells with my mum and my sister mollie and my friend rhys lind today There today to eat I had some chips and chicken To drink I had a very lovely bottle of water Kind and super friendly staff Very lovely service I had a very lovely first experience there today at burger king tunbridge wells with my mum and my sister mollie and my friend rhys lind This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

  Everything good with the food, I would just recommend that the bathroom really be kept clean; there was no water in the toilet tank, and it was actually very dirty.

  I made a large order from this branch only to find when it was delivered all 3 of the drinks had been missed off. I called the store and was told firstly that I hadn’t ordered any drinks and then after they had realised their mistake, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I came and picked them up. Not sure they quite grasp the concept of delivery, Zero effort made to rectify the mistake and extremely unhelpful and unenthusiastic staff

  There were only a few customers inside, but I still waited 20 minutes for my burger and fries. The service was much slower than expected.

  this is a fast food restaurant but service is so slow. staf should focus on their jobe instead off talking. everything looks freshly made but idk how they are cold.
