A great little Coop and the best convienience in Swanscombe high street. The staff seem friendly enough, the shop is clean and well stocked and it is surprisingly big inside. Has a big enough range and choice to shop for full meals as well as a cash machine, self service and manned tills. Coffee machine. It's an all round go to for most things locally.

not impressed at all. went to buy something that was aldi price matched and it didn’t discount at the till so when I told a team member it should be £3.25 she proceeded to tell her manager that she just checked the label and he should price matched to £4.25, when I repeated that it was in fact meant to be £3.25 she said we were wrong. we then took a photo of the label and when moved to the till for the manager to override, he still over charged me. paid £3.75. for 50p extra I couldn’t be bothered to argue any more but I think the woman calling me a liar is totally unacceptable. definitely won’t be going back there

The worst possible store. What’s wrong with it? Where should I begin? Prices are as high as M&S and Waitrose, but quality… you know what, I don’t want to offend any other store. Every time you go there looking for something, it’s out of stock, no matter what time of day it is. But there are always abandoned empty or full trolleys scattered around the store. If you’re a mom with a buggy or someone with a wheelchair, you have to go around the whole store to get to where you want to, because, again, there are just abandoned trolleys everywhere. So you see people replenishing the store, but they’re out of stock of everything you want, anything you go there for. The only reason why people are literally forced to shop there is because there’s nothing else in this area. It’s only Co-ops here and in the neighbouring areas. So it’s clearly some kind of contract that no other stores or different brands can open, otherwise I don’t see the reason why there’s literally no other brand. So if Co-op has signed some kind of contract that only their stores will be open around here, I mean, well done. This is the only reason why people shop here—nothing else. It has happened to me numerous times that the promotions are not working on the self-checkout, so I am forced to ask for help from a staff member. You can imagine their faces when they have to interact with me. Customer service doesn’t exist in that store. They are either replenishing shelves, which, I mean, that’s part of their job, good, or they’re smoking outside the store, literally in front of it. That’s it. There are always problems in the store. Either self-checkouts are not working, promotions are not working, membership cards are not scanning—whatever. At this point, it’s not even surprising anymore—just disappointing every single time.
