  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, cold food, dirty environment, rude employees. When you order food, it takes a long time to arrive, the delivery drivers say it takes too long to prepare the order, and if you complain, the employees tell you to cancel if you don't want to wait.

  Ordered a large Hot Chocolate, I've had many a Hot Chocolate from McDonald's. But I've never had brown lukewarm water before, until today. Honestly there's spec for how to make these things surely. I couldn't tell you how I somehow ended up with brown liquid that somehow has not got an ounce of chocolate flavouring whatsoever. Like how is it brown if it just tastes like warm water. That's concerning. AHA! I Just posted this and it gets worse. Edit incoming. I just opened my mcmuffin and the muffin top itself is in 3 pieces and burnt?! Honestly what the actual..... This is ridiculous.

  Food is always cold,items missing. Cold drinks always put next to hot food. Pickles and onions never in the buns. This branch needs better training. Even our delivery guy said he was kept waiting.

  Ordered through the App, food was cold/lukewarm despite living less than a 5 minute drive away and the order was made during a heatwave, so no idea how the food wasn't hot. 1 burger in the order was just missing, the happy meal wasn't put in a box and didn't come with a toy, one of the medium meals came with a small drink (despite small not even being an option on the app with meals), nuggets were placed in a McCrispy box and one of the drinks with another medium meal was spilled by the courier. I then tried to make a complaint through uber and the first person I spoke to ended chat when I was taking pictures of the incorrect and damaged order, like they requested. Then the 2nd person I talked to also wanted images but the app wouldn't allow me to upload. So I then tried complaining to McDonald's directly, only to have the AI customer service assistant also ask for images and once again the app wouldn't allow me to upload. This is the 2nd time in the last couple of months that an order from this restaurant has got an order wrong and spilled one of our drinks. The staff here need to be retrained!

  Ordered food to dine in, they didn’t bring it out even though I told them I was sitting outside! Had to go inside and ask for a worker (had to shout for someone since no one was at tills) for my food and it was cold! Blamed me for not telling them I was outside even when I did! Bad customer service and would not recommend eating here unless you really had no other choice. Rude workers as well
