- MPMatthew Putland1 day ago1.0Terrible. Can’t even read what’s on the order and put it in the bag correctly.
- SHSharon HarrisSep 26, 20261.0Bought hot chocolates through the drive through and carried on our journey. When we went to drink them they tasted of bitter boiled water. Called the McDonalds in snodland and they advised we had to return for them to reissue….we was enroute to Ashford and not local. When arrived home we checked them…..how can they get away with serving this!! No refund, the only way we could resolve was to drive miles back to them for an exchange!! Extremely poor service. You can see from the photos how weak the hot chocolate was. Who ever dispensed the drinks was clearly not checking what they were doing!
- AWAnt WagonSep 3, 20261.0The worst McDonald's on planet earth. Kids working in their, no customer service, got parked up for 2 oasis! My advice is find some roadkill and eat that. It'll be hotter, better seasoned and you won't feel as dirty after eating it. Go elsewhere, seriously go elsewhere. This franchise is the very worst of a bad bunch.
- BOBella OleahAug 25, 20265.0Todd took our order through the drive through and was a gem! We had to restart the order as one of us has a stutter and he was so patient with us and was bare nice ya know. He double checked eveyting we got and made us pay with a smile. Honestly a good late night drive experience. Good job Todd!! We even customised the order to have a bunless burger and he didnt judge our dietry requirments
- TBTerry BurgessAug 20, 20262.0Food is always good here, well, like it is at any McDonalds. But you pay a premium here. A McPlant Meal is about £2 more expensive than our local outlets in Sudbury and Tolgate, Colchester. Also, you can not get a decent signal inside and can NEVER, EVER get the touchscreens to accept your App code… so can’t use points or vouchers!
