  Not sure why the staff in here always feel like they are so entitled. The gentlemen who work in there are always polite but the women make it feel like its a real effort to have to serve you, especially if you want to pay cash. Shout rude remarks at you down the aisles if you let them know you've been waiting at the til for at least 5 mins or throw your shopping towards you where the screen is at the manned till. Rarely go in there and would rather drive into town than shop in there anymore!!!

  Visited this coop while in the area today and what a pleasure it was. The staff were so helpful even when I could see they were busy, nothing was too much trouble. One of the younger girls was happy to check out the back for some frozen peas for me and the brunette lady who served me was very friendly. I feel bad I didn’t get their names to thank them personally. Will be definitely visit again.

  Poor service, staff and manager was slating off co op and their shifts/pay. Didn't acknowledge the queue and wouldnt serve. I forced my way through. Very lazy staff and I was threatened by a member of staff called Angela, which will go to the police. Lady with brown hair, looked 50. No name tag or uniform. Except a jacket. No stock, to lazy to do their shelves. Very lazy people and wouldnt do anything to help. I called the customer service and got the area manager involved. Very unprofessional and I hope the staff are sacked. Very lazy people and rude. Dont want to help anyone. Store is always dirty as well . Bought bread from there and its gone off . Dont check their stock or anything, selling mouldy food . I've reported them to trading standards and to the council .
