  I ordered a pizza online and came to collect it after 17 min, the pizza hadn't arrived, he told me his system wasn't working but he had made other pizzas and was on the phone I had to pick up the pizza after 33 min. I'm sorry I order from here every day but now it's too much + the pizza was burnt

  Not so much a store specific gripe. Just don't trust this company... Especially their app. Put in an order for nearly £50... entered payment details and submitted the order to find the app had wiped the basket and to be told there was nothing in my basket. Despite this, the company have still attempted to take money from my bank account.

  Awful service. Two and a half hour wait and then the order was incorrect. Avoid at all costs.

  Order a hawaiana pizza and barbecue chicken wings I live 2 minutes away to the shop, he make the mistake give my chicken wings to someone else or didn’t understood my order I asked him shall I wait or came back for it he said wait. 5 minutes late he give me plain chicken wings no well cook ( I didn’t check in the shop because I said he can’t be wrong this time) I opened at home ready to eat plain, no well cooked so I took it back to the shop, he didn’t apologise, Instead he asked me to paid for the barbecue, wich I don't mind. But the fact that he makes the mistake made go to the shop 3 times an I already paid because I asked for barbecue wings since the beginning. My result I was very unhappy and ungryly with he poor customer services I left the chicken wins already paid. Results I'm not caming back to them ever
