When I called the restaurant the man who speaking with me he is not gentlemen. He is try to speak loud and he told me they dont have any order to my postcode and door number. After that I just asked to tell my order number. But He ignored it and he told me order is ready driver is not there and told to call Just eat. But I can see everything on my end. They never made my order and its not completed to collection. Im really upset with customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with Papa Johns in Sidcup. My pizza arrived cold and completely wrong. When I contacted them, they didn’t apologised but the only options they gave me were to wait another hour for a replacement or accept a refund that would take 7–10 working days. After waiting for my food, I shouldn’t have to wait another hour because they sent the wrong order, and having to wait 7–10 working days for my money back is extremely disappointing. Very poor service, cold food, wrong order, and an unacceptable solution. Definitely not ordering from here again. Would not recommend this place.

Imagine it’s Friday night, peak rush hour, and you order a pizza expecting the usual. This Papa John’s completely exceeded my expectations tonight! The pizza arrived hot, and when I opened the box, I was genuinely impressed. It looked beautiful - fresh, neat, and clearly prepared with care. And the taste? Exceptional! Honestly, one of the best pizzas I’ve had from Papa. Well done to the team!
