  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Phoebe – absolute credit to Wagamama! I’m a huge Wagamama fan and visit stores all the time, so I know exactly what good service looks like – and tonight at Sevenoaks, Phoebe made all the difference. To be honest, the start of our visit was really disappointing. Neither the other manager nor the server asked us about any allergies at all, which is such an important thing. When our ramen arrived, there was no ladle – and when someone finally brought one, they just threw it down onto the table without a word. It felt like no one was actually doing their job properly. That all changed when we spoke to Phoebe, the manager on shift. She was the only one who got it right from the start. She was friendly, professional, and took everything on board straight away – no excuses, just genuine care. She’s such a young manager but you’d never know it – she handled everything perfectly, and is honestly a total credit to the Wagamama team. I’ll absolutely be coming back here, and it’s entirely because of Phoebe – I know she’ll always do things properly and look after her customers. If anyone from Wagamama head office is reading this, Phoebe is such an asset to your brand – she deserves so much recognition, and I really hope she becomes a store manager one day, she absolutely has what it takes.   I make annual visits to this location. Got steak soba last year. Got chicken and prawn yaki udon this year. Prawn starter is very good. Corn ribs and chicken gyoza also good. Enjoyed my passionfruit paloma. I was surprised it was easy to get a table for ten on a Sunday afternoon.

  Good food as usual with one waiter who brings a smile to the table. Get the pulled shitake donburi. Best bang for your buck. The pulled shitake tastes like beef but is cheaper.

  I went during my exams and honestly it was such a nice break with some great food and a wonderful environment. The safe were lovely, would 100% recommend for a little night out!

  I came in a few weekends ago and thought I have to give some recognition to the AMAZING Elouise who served us on our visit. She was so eager to help us, she was all over the restaurant helping customers and it is such a wonderful thing to see as you don’t get many efficient employees in most restaurants, but Elouise went above and far beyond to deliver the best service she could. I can’t wait to return again and try the amazing Duck Bayo Buns she recommended! Thank you Elouise and thank you Wagamama!!
