  I came in a few weekends ago and thought I have to give some recognition to the AMAZING Elouise who served us on our visit. She was so eager to help us, she was all over the restaurant helping customers and it is such a wonderful thing to see as you don’t get many efficient employees in most restaurants, but Elouise went above and far beyond to deliver the best service she could. I can’t wait to return again and try the amazing Duck Bayo Buns she recommended! Thank you Elouise and thank you Wagamama!!

  Great food but service was awful. Kids dishes came up wrong, two identical orders came up 20 mins apart following 3 prompts, and even the pay QR didn't work as we didn't have a table number. Maybe the staff should be replaced with QR codes

  How much is a family of 4? £70-80? Not a lot but not inexpensive. You at least expect to be served within 15 minutes. Not just ignored. Staff set up for failure. Chronically understaffed. Writing from Nando’s over the road - seated, served, ordered. Third time we’ve given waga the benefit of the doubt in Sevenoaks. Not again.

  Getting disappointed more and more every time we visit. 1. The table is always so sticky and not clean…. 2. Bang bang cauliflower is way overcooked/over fried, all dark brown, yuck, so unhealthy, 3. And although the Bao bun is improved in size a little bit, the pork belly size is incredibly small and over fried, very dry and totally lost the flavour and juiciness of pork belly. 4. and the smashed cucumber is totally NOT smashed or smacked, intact I would say, very spicy with the chilly oil sauce on top but totally under pickled so the flavour is wrong. All the right ingredients, very poor cooking execution.
