  Advertised 25 minutes to be ready, then 35, and now 45... Scammed and order cannot be cancelled or I lose the money..!

  Great service and a very friendly welcome. Usual selection of wagamama favourites in a nice modern restaurant. New Chef's Pick signature meals were a welcome addition. More expensive than average, but the duck meal had a whole duck leg on the bone; tender meat and with crispy skin. Worth the extra if you're feeling flush! 😀 We were served by Sam who was attentive and friendly. We sat outside as we had our dog and he was happy to make us welcome with a bowl of water (for the dog) and turned on the outside heaters when it got a bit chilly.

  Stingy portions. I waited for half an hour with nobody else in the restaurant. Reasonably nice, but about half as much as I wanted, and less than half of what I expected for the price. Having read another review, I'm fairly sure from memory that they employ the insulting system of waiting for you to arrive before starting your food. Nonsense.

  The most mid Wagamama I've ever been to. The guy who sat me and took my order didn't listen or couldn't hear me when I ordered a tofu curry and didn't read my order back to me so I ended up with the chicken version that I had to send back. The lovely girl who helped me with that was excellent but everything else wasn't great. The food didn't taste as delicious as usual, the table I was sat at had a metal part underneath that kept me from sitting comfortably and the guy who sat me and took my order clearly doesn't want to be there.
