  Food turned up an hour and a half after it said on the app tracker that it had left the store. The food was stone cold! We called up straight away to get an exchange for hot food as per the company guarantee and were told no by staff as the manager wouldn't allow it or a refund. Still waiting for a call back 😡😡😡
