  We accidentally received the wrong order however it was all dealt with in fair time with us receiving our original order still fairly warm. Customer service was friendly and they dealt with the issue well.

  Zero Stars if I Could – Utterly Disgraceful Service I am beyond appalled by the service—or lack thereof—at the Sevenoaks Domino’s. We placed an order at 19:04, specifically timing it so my son could eat before his school night routine. By 20:08, over an hour later, the food was nowhere to be seen. When I called to find out where our meal was, I spoke to the Store Manager, Laura. Instead of offering a shred of professional accountability, an ETA, or even a basic apology, her only "solution" was to tell me I could just cancel the order and get a refund. The audacity is staggering. Suggesting a refund after making a family wait for over an hour isn’t "customer service"—it’s a lazy way to avoid doing your job. Now, instead of a fed child ready for school tomorrow, I have a hungry son and a manager who clearly couldn't care less about her customers. If you want to actually receive your food or be treated with a modicum of respect, avoid this branch at all costs. Laura and her team clearly have no interest in fulfilling orders or managing a kitchen.
