  Was running extremely late for my train and was super hungry. Told Victor about it and he was absolutely lovely with arranging a quick lovely meal. Legendary guy and most certainly deserves a raise!

  Bad, dry food, terrible, slow service The teriyaki chicken bowl I ordered was terribly dry, and I mean, really tough to eat. I asked for a bit now if the sauce, which took over 5 minutes to be brought to the table, allowing my food to cool. And then, the lad told me that I owed £1.20 after paying, for the sauce. Unbelievable. There's a 0% chance of me visiting a wagamama restaurant again. Particularly after the first time my entire party had their food and mine was never bright until we had to leave, which meant I left hungry and had to get a meal deal from Tesco. Utterly disgraceful this little chain

  We had a fantastic experience at Wagamama, and a big part of that was thanks to Victor. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making everything just right. He guided us through the menu with easy confidence, checked in just the right amount, and made us feel truly welcome. The food came quickly and tasted great, but Victor’s service really made the meal memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

  Enjoyed the meal (soup) with my other half but was shocked at the drinks. Small lemonade with petals for £5.50 and barely half a small glass of Ginger beer which would have only been 1/3 of a glass without the ice in it for £4.50! Sorry but if I'm paying near on a fiver for a drink, give me a full glass! Sadly due to this I definitely won't be returning. X2 soups and x2 small soft drinks £48. Not great....
