  Server error on their part when ordering so order & payment went through twice unbeknown to me. So 2 lots of pizzas and 2 lots of deliveries… it was clearly an error but they didn’t think to contact me. When I called & told them the error was their end… nothing they can do. So what was meant to be a £25 pizza for me & my son ended up £60 including 2 lots of delivery. Absolute shambles in there & 0 customer service. To make matters worse the pizzas were awful.

  Ordered (and collected) a few times now and never had issues, always been hot and fresh. Unlike the Strood branch they didn't give me food poisoning (yet)!

  The Lady on the counter was very polite and she made a very nice pizza. She was washing her hands after every pizza made which was quite impressive looking at food hygiene.
