  Today, I visited your store with my bicycle to purchase some items. However, I was stopped by a security guard who told me that I was not allowed to bring my bicycle inside. There were no visible signs or any stated rules prohibiting this. I tried to place my bicycle neatly inside the store without causing any inconvenience, but he insisted that I take it outside. I explained to him that my bicycle is very expensive and that there is no designated area outside your store to lock bicycles, unlike many other places. I asked what would happen if it were stolen, but he responded in a very rude and dismissive manner, saying he did not care. This behavior was extremely unprofessional for someone working in security. The situation escalated into an argument, during which he took my bicycle himself and threw it outside. He then told me that I was not allowed to shop in the store. When the manager arrived, I explained the situation to her, and she allowed me to keep my bicycle inside so I could continue shopping. However, the security guard was not reprimanded at all. Instead, he continued to mock me, made disrespectful comments about my language, and even insulted my height. At one point, he gestured with his hand to compare my height to his, which I found extremely offensive and inappropriate. I am truly disappointed by this experience. The behavior of this security guard was unacceptable, disrespectful, and far below the standards I would expect from your store. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  This Tesco store seems more interested in making sure people wear tops in the store than following the law and making people wear a mask. The customers who refuse to wear a mask just giggle as they break the law and risk the lives of other shoppers. It’s time to ban those who are breaking the law. Wearing a mask in a shop is a legal requirement, not a lifestyle choice.
